Hello Everyone!
It has been very long time since anyone has posted anything. I am going to try and post more regularly and I encourage you all to do the same. I walked for 30 minutes today. My foot is sore and swollen but ice and Motrin help a lot. Eventually I would like to work up to jogging. I think I will start out just jogging a minute everyday.
After my walk I came home and had a Zucchini, tomato, garlic and egg white scramble. It was delish though I did get a bit cray cray with the salt. I am trying to use less salt and butter. It is hard because normally I put a lot of butter and salt in mostly everything that I eat. I crave salt and butter more than sugar (also trying to eat less sugar). I forgot to take a pic of the scramble but the next healthy thing that I make I will capture it and share it so you all can see.
