So we are changing it up a little and we have decided to do away with monthly weigh ins and measurements. Instead we are going to focus on ideas for getting active and finding healthy recipes to exchange. We also want to continue to encourage and motivate each other by posting pictures, songs or videos. Dues are now 5 dollars every 5 months. After we have saved enough money we will decide all together as a group what to spend the money on.
This blog is for the motivation of all those that wish to have a healthier life style by eating healthy and becoming more active. We come here to support each other and provide helpful tips and information. We welcome all that want to participate with a positive attitude.
