Not to good

well im still not on the ball again. I did work out once this week on saturday for 45 min, but i havent been drinking enough water or eating enough veggies. next week im gonna do my step tapes and maybe go to the gym so i can get back in the game.

  1. Well went walking for about 30 min. twice this week and I didn't do to good with drinking water and eating vegetables. Will start buying vegetables and it more healther when I get paid.

    I am going to work harder at doing better at getting more exercise in because when I go walking I feel good throughout the day.
