I forgot!

I forgot last night that it was the last day of week 3 and I jumped into bed and went to sleep.  I worked out two days last week(Friday and Tuesday).  I drank lots of water and ate plenty of fruits and veggies. I have found a walking buddy. The lady that lives across the street from us (Sheila) and I have decided to go walking on Wednesdays after we put the kids on the bus.  We have decided to walk for 45 minutes.  I am looking forward to this.  I think having someone to talk to will help the time pass quickly. Let's make week 4 an excellent week!
