Week 2 not so good

Ok so I know I said this week I would do great but I didn't.  I only worked out one day this week .  I drank plenty of water and ate fruits and veggies.  Week 3 is going to be a better week for me.  I am going to go to Curves and I think I am going to do some step aerobics.  Step aerobics is fun and I enjoy it.  It's a good work out and it really makes you sweat.  So here's to making week 3 a sucessful one!
