Next week I'll do great!

I have been sick so I did not work out at all this week (well 5 minutes on Tuesday).  I did well with drinking water and eating fruits and vegetables but I did not really keep track at all.  I promise to do better next week. I am already starting to feel better so I won't have sickness as an excuse.  I will post my picture and my weight tomorrow. Let's all plan to do excellent next week!
