Wow!

Yeah, so I finally remember how to log back in!  I have done good this week.  I went to Curves and worked out for 30 mins on Wed-Fri.  It felt good. I have been drinking a lot of soda :( so I am trying to stop that again.  I haven't stopped drinking water so that is good. 

Everyone needs to remember to blog at least once a week!  The new week starts on Monday so you should blog for this past week before Monday.  If you blog on Monday it should be about the upcoming week not the past week.

Also payment for February is due so don't forget that! Let's all start getting into this blog.  I think we can really use this to motivate each other but only if we really do it!
